Coupon FAQ

COUPON CODE LOOKUP:

If you have a Coupon and would like to know more about it (check for restrictions, see if it's been used before or has expired), enter the coupon code below and our system will look it up and tell you everything you need to know about it.

REDEEMING COUPONS:

It is only during Checkout that you can actually redeem a Coupon.  During Checkout, enter the redemption code and it will be validated.  A message will display letting you know if the coupon can be used or not.

If the coupon is good, your checkout sub-totals will be ajusted accordingly.

If the coupon cannot be used, your order total will not be affected or adjusted.

To replace or remove a coupon, enter a different coupon code to replace it, or type in:   REMOVE   (not case-sensitive) and no coupon will be applied.  (Removed/replaced coupons remain "unused" and available for later use.)

NOTE:  There is a limit of one (1) coupon which can be used per order.
