At this time we ship only within the US and military APO/FPO addresses. We ship your order usually within 7-15 days and you should allow an additional 2 to 5 days for delivery time for your order to get to you.
All shipments are through the US Postal Service using Priority or First Class Mail. Valid shipping addresses are only those you are able to receive mail from the Post Office at the address you provide us. We currently do not ship using UPS or Fed Ex. (We're working to change that soon.)
CAN WE SHORTEN THE DELIVERY TIME?
We're trying, but we really think our shirts are worth waiting for. While we're working on a way to shorten the time it takes to get your shirts to you, there is a good reason why it takes longer than you might think...
It's very simple when you do the math. Say you have 50 outrageous designs and 20 different shirt styles to put them on. You also offer 8 different colors for every shirt style. Now factor in up to 10 different sizes for every shirt style and color. OK, let's add it up: 50 x 20 x 8 x 10 = 80,000 shirts. And that's just one shirt for each possible variation...
We'd be happy to keep every design, style, size and color pre-printed and in stock just so you could get a shirt delivered in 3-5 days - if you're willing to pay $50 a shirt because of inventory and storage!
To save you money and keep our costs down, WE PRINT TO ORDER. We do this by collecting a week's worth of orders in all the various Designs, Styles, Sizes and Colors ordered, then we start printing and shipping them out the following week.
This keeps cost down by not doing one shirt here and one shirt there, which is time and labor intensive. Our business is like a Triangle: One side is Low Price, one side is Fast, and one side is Quality. Now pick any two at the cost of the third. That means if you want Low Price and Quality, it won't be Fast... (And if you want Fast and Low Cost, it won't be Quality!)

DOMESTIC (USA) SHIPPING RATES:
Any order of $100 or more receives Free Shipping (7-15 days).
For orders under $100, Standard Shipping (7-15 days) is $4.95 for each item for the first three (3) items. Maximum shipping cost is $14.85 for orders of three (3) or more items. (US domestic and AFO/FPO addresses only. All other locations is $4.95 shipping per item.)
Priority Shipping (2-5 days) is also available but no shipping discounts apply.
There are several circumstances that could delay shipments. Reasons include, but not limited to: holidays, back orders, payment problems, and incorrect addresses to name a few. We will do everything possible to ensure that there are no delays for your order, however there may be times when things are out of our control. If your shipment has been delayed (back ordered) due to shirt style, color or size unavailability, we will send an email informing you of your options.
If your order has not arrived within 15 days, please Contact Us and we'll investigate your order and get back to you as soon as possible with an update. Be sure to include your invoice (order) number, name and address for reference.
We take pride in everything we design, print and sell, constantly working to ensure our products contain no defects or problems. And still, SHIT HAPPENS...
Don't worry, as YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED. We'll happily provide you a refund for any item you purchased (minus any shipping fees) as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, and your return request is within 45 days of your order.
HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN:
Fill out the Return Form that was included with your shipment and send it with the item(s) you are returning for a refund. If the form is lost or missing, please write on a piece of paper your invoice (order) number, along with your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the reason for the return. (It doesn't have to be pretty, just readable.)
If you do not know your invoice (order) number, we can look up your name and address to find your invoice (order) number. This may delay the processing a few more days, but we can still process the return as long as your name and address is correct and in our records.
Also, you can look up the order yourself on our website if you have the email address used at the time of purchase, and the order/invoice number. Our website's menubar has a link for "Track Order" which is handy for looking up current or past orders.
NOTE: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, hang tags still attached (not removed or missing), and returned to us within 45 days of the date of purchase to qualify.

Remember, all returned items MUST BE unworn, unwashed, with hang tags still attached, and returned within 45 days of the date of purchase to qualify for a refund. You will receive a full refund for the amount of the purchased item(s) returned and any applicable taxes, minus any shipping fees.
Any returned item we receive that is determined by us upon inspection not to actually qualify for a return will not be eligible for a refund, in the unlikely event should that occur.
If the returned item does not qualify as returnable item, the item will be re-returned to you "as is" when you have made arrangements for payment of re-return shipping costs of $4.95 per re-returned item. If no arrangements are made and paid within 60 days of our receipt of the unqualfied returned item, the intended re-returned item will be disposed of without recourse or compensation to you.
Returns may take 10 to 15 days for us to process your refund. A refund check for the amount of the refund will be mailed to you. (However, if you would prefer a Gift Certificate in the amount of the refund to use to shop again at our store to either replace or get a different item, let us know on the return form or by email. Gift Certificates are a win/win as it's faster and easier for both you and us.) If you have any questions, please feel free to Contact Us.
We do not offer exchanges at this time, except for defects and we'll send a like replacement at no expense to you when we receive the original defective item back from you. Please follow the instructions for returns, then place an order on our site for any new item(s) you would like as a replacement. You will receive a full refund for your returned item(s) once we receive it (minus any shipping fees) after we have processed the return and have determined the returned item is defective.
